 Click the "Reserve Now" button to book. Most bookings are handled through our secure platform for easy scheduling and verification. For private fleet inquiries email us directly. 

Our office is open 6am to 4pm. During normal business hours we need 1-3 hours to prepare your vehicle. Outside of these hours we will need proper notice in advance 6-12 hours before so we can secure your vehicle depending on availability. 

While our physical office follows standard business hours, our advanced software allows for 24/7 flexibility. You can pick up or drop off your vehicle at your convenience, any time of day or night, regardless of whether the office is open. 

**We may need 12 hours notice to ensure vehicle availability, cleanliness, and pre-trip duties.**

 Each vehicle has a daily mileage allowance listed on its vehicle card. The Mustang GT is 150 miles per day. All other vehicles are 200 miles per day. Additional mileage fees may apply. 

 All Merakee vehicles run on 87 Regular Fuel. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at the start of your trip. 

We partner with Discount Tire to provide 24/7 roadside support. If you run into any issues during your trip, help is just a phone call away to get you back on the road safely.

Yes! Every vehicle is cleaned inside and out within 24 hours of your trip start time to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Absolutely. Our software allows you to honk the horn and get direct GPS coordinates right to your phone, making pick-ups at airports or large lots a breeze.

Yes! You are welcome to leave your vehicle at our main facility location. However, let us know prior to your trip start and email us at team@merakee.us. Include a photo of where you parked and your vehicle's license plate so we can ensure it does not get towed.

All vehicles have the appropriate documentation located inside the passenger glove box. This includes the vehicle registration, inspection, insurance documentation, Discount Tire fleet paperwork, the Discount Tire 24/7 roadside phone number, and the owner's manual just in case you need help operating the vehicle.
